sir already i sent a commet on january 27th,2012
sir i wrote the IELTS test i got 5.5 band score speaking-5.0,reading-5.0,writting-5.5,listening-5.5 i got.they gave me one week time to tell their openion,the one week time is over but they can’t tell me anything.can i get visa or not tell me u’r penion.

If they have already told you that they want to refuse your visa it looks like they have already made the decision. All you can do is wait and then consider an appeal or review.

i applied for a student visa on 09/01/2012 and the embassy called me for visa interview i attend the interview but finally they said u’r comunication is poor so we want to refusrd your visa we’ll tell you our decision within one week so what i do tell me any solution.

You can ask another adviser to ‘take over’ your case. They should hand over your letters – speak to the Law Society about the firm.

hi i just need to ask one thing that if i want to withdraw my case from my solicitor how can i do it?because after appeal has been allowed my solicitor not giving me the determination letter as they charged an extra 1000£ as i have paid their bill already but they sent an extra bill how can i do it?need help please

Dear all,

I had submitted my tier 4 application in chennai but I made a mistake in the self assessment appendix 8 on what level of qualification would be given to me at the end of the course .. By mistake instead of writing NQF l 5 I wrote nvq l 3 as it was one of the entry requirements, I have submitted my cas copy with it also and rest evrytin is fine , I have sent an email to the embassy stating the error but haven’t heard bak from them , now the question is will the ECO deny me the entry clearance or will he look consider the cas and ignore my mistake .. Ur advise would help a lot ..

You need to take advice from a qualified immigration adviser at L3 who specialises in appeals. Show them all the paperwork and reasons for refusal.

i can not describe how cruel are peoples how works for the HOME OFFICE, meanwhile they are spending new year parties many couples are suffering because of their unfair and cruel decision.
I think that the UK sould think straight away about changing and pressuting all the UKVISA SECTION staff because the are giving the worst reputation for this great country
