The UK Border Agency has announced that there are still technical problems with the online booking service.

Applicants in the UK might currently be unable to use the online appointment booking service.

The agency said:

‘During this time, applicants in the UK may not be able to book appointments online. We advise you to wait and try to use the service again later. Please do not contact the immigration enquiry bureau to try and book an appointment as they would be unable to assist you.

’This booking service is for applicants in the UK who wish to book an appointment for a premium application at one of our public enquiry offices, or to give us their biometric information. Applicants in other countries can continue to book appointments in the usual way.

’We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.’ Source: UK Border Agency.

May I know the alternate way to get the appointment for premium service (Same Day). They have mentioned that there are some technical issues, but they have not mentioned the alternate way to get the appointment for the same.
