Dear Sir!
Subject: Student visa Refusal 320 (7a)
I had applied for uk visa in sep 2009 through my consultant who was In uk.He send me visa acceptance letter and enrollment letter as well .I prepare my Genuine bank statement and all original documents which was necessary for visa .Ukba refused my visa due to (letter of acceptance was not Genuine) .It’s all because of my consultant who didn’t send me genuine Acceptance letter. Kindly Guide now what should I do

Dear 3rd world immigrants please stop flooding my country. London no longer looks like England, feels or smells like England. I went on a course at CONWL and was the only white English person in a class of 30. I hope CONWL gets closed down. FE colleges are one of the biggest sources of illegal immigration to the UK. thankyou.. I wish you all the best in your countries, please do NOT come here.

I’M IN HOLIDAY NOW AND I ALMOST FINISH MY COURSE IN LONDON (BITE) JUST HAVE TO DO MY FINAL PROJECT AND ALSO I HAVE STUDENT VISA UNTIL MAY 2012.NOW I HEARD THAT BITE LICENCE
HAS BEEN TEMPORALLY CANCELED AND MY HOLIDAY GONNA FINISH SOON SO IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IN IMMIGRATION BECAUSE OF MY COLLEGE..???

My visa is valid up to 30/11/2011, after talking with my university I
have found that i cant not enroll as i was so late , when the student can not enroll for the course
timely the university use to inform the border agency about the
student status, now i have got new Offer letter for jan 20111, do i need apply for new visa, as my university say that may be the UK Border Agency has cancel the
visa,

As per recent conversation with the university concerns I would like
to know if the relay cancel the visa?
If it is not canceled yet I can enter to UK with the same visa and
apply for extension there to cover my whole length of the course. I am
seeking your support if you kindly verify it for me to proceed
accordingly.

My sister has been refused a visa on the basis that the money was not held for 28days but the money was put in on 12 july 2010 to 15th of august which was when the statement was printed which is already 34 days.The problem now is that should she reaply or request for administrative review?Not that she has to resume sept 27.This is urgent.

me Tahir here, i have submitted my passport after winning the administrative review, today is 54th day but still i hav’nt get any reply. plz help me bcoz my classes are drawing near and near and last date of my visa letter expiry is 4 september

I want something share with u i was submitted our adminitrative review in oct-2009 and i am not receiveing any reply form UKBA . When i call him always told me your application in process we will reply you this week but nothing like that kindly give me some advice . i am to much sufiring

I came into the Uk last year. I won an appeal on january 7th 2009. However i came into the Uk with a visa with tier4 written on it on september 16th 2009. I will love to change my school and course but not sure if i must inform the home office before doing so.
