You could register as a student on a Yellow Cards, however, as you are Romanian (EU Citizen) who has been living in the UK for two years, you may have other options and should take advice from an OISC registered immigration adviser. Are they employer funded courses? If government/agency funded the funding organisation should check before approving any funding.
