hi,
i submitted my docs and done my biometrics last December 22, 2008. and until now i dont have the result yet and its about 4 months already… does it really take that long? am i affected with the changes of Tier 4? pls reply… thanks

In theory the new system should be a lot more straightforward. However, for those who have started their student visa applications under the old Rules, before the new system came into force, there could be issue over maintenance funds in their account.
