My boyfriend has a studnet visa which he has sent off for renewal. He sent it off back in December 2009 and now it is out of date and they are blaming him for being in the country even though they have obviously taken too long! Any advice?

sir,, i applied for student visa under tier 4 on 31st march 2010,and i got visa on 13 may 2010 for 15 months.my consultant has applied for diploma in management for 1 year course in west london college of business management and sciences.i hve paid £2500 out of £3500.i asked my consultant to change my course into PGD, because i have done 2 year graduation from pak and IELTS with 6.0 ,and also have 3 years job experience.he asked that u have applied, now u can change ur course after reaching in u.k.but embassy has stamped my visa with 10 hour work in week.i have no issue with work limit,,but i wana do PGD,so i can go to my country as soon as possible. but my principle is not changing my course,and he said that home office will not let u change ur course. i called to home office but cant connect to anybody.pls guide me. ur truly,,

This new scheme is pretty much interesting and ECO will not be able to reply nonsense on Refusal letters.I was denied a student visa on the ‘balance of probalities’, this stupudity will not appear now!!!
