Too hot for Filipino Students as London hits 32 degrees

As London temperatures soared to 32 degrees today even Filipino students were complaining about the heat! Most migrants coming to the UK from hotter tropical countries like the Philippines and India expect the weather to be freezing cold all year round, packing their huge suitcases with coats, jumpers and even blankets.
