Students are allowed, under the Tier 4 PBS UK Immigration Rules, to bring their dependants. Just because a student wants be together with his or her family for what could be a two or three period of study does not mean they are not genuine students.
Overseas students, especially those on practical vocational courses, do not just benefit from a certificate or diploma. People who think that way are missing the point. The experience and knowledge gained in the UK is invaluable and will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
Having said that many students have gone on to gain employment in countries like the Canada, Australia and the UK directly due to the fact that they have a UK qualification and have gained experienced working in a western country.
Far from being 'stupid' these students are learning new skills, growing in confidence, increasing their prospects and improving their lives.
Instead of criticising, whining and complaining, about poverty, they help themselves and others by getting off their backsides and doing something about it!

idont think the aim of the lady who is interested in what she claims to study here in uk is genuine since shes already mentioning about taking his partner also.so the motive is to work not really to.she said she had assets in her country of origin so whats the use and i dont how old she was.whats the difference having a diploma in your country with the certificate you will obtain here if you study.you cannot use the uk certificate in applying a job in your country, are you not stupid enough spending thousands of pounds when your fellow men are struggling to fight poverty.

dear sir/madame:
good day. I find your college and your NVQ very interesting and would like to enroll at your school. I am a mother of 3 kids, 2 of which are of legal age and only one dependent age 15. I have taken my IELTS awaiting for the result. I already prepared my tuition fee and my maintenance funds. I dont intend to bring my daughter who is now enrolled in a school here and all my children are taken cared of my former husband. I reviewed all of the infos on majestic college from 2008 to present and I have found your sincerity on caring of your students despite all the challenges that you have faced from the past. This, you have succeeded in convincing us of your commitment to your students.
I am most interested in pursuing this course with your school and will greatly appreciate your assistance on how to go about this. Allow me to give you more of my status and that of my concerns.
I have been separated for 14 years and have obtained a finality order from the courts in the Philippines pertaining to my separation of conjugal assets which further stipulates that I my spouse and I are no longer have any involvement to each other except for the care of our children. I have also been involve in a common law relationship for 5 years and have assets, funds and documents that would show that we are common law partners. what prevented us from marriage is my not filing the annulment here. my concern is if I can bring in my common law partner as my dependent when I enroll at your school. my passport indicated my spouse family name. will there be great possibility to bring him along with me as my dependent when I apply on this Visa? what documents would you suggest for me to be able to enroll at your school with him as my dependent?
hope you can help me on this situation. thank you.
i am using the email ad of my brother in law who is assisting me on these matters as he has sent two of his kids to UK on study-work visa and also intends to bring another three. he is also scouting for the best college for them to be enrolled. thank you
