the best way that the uk government..PM Brown should do is to shift the student visa of those students already in the UK to Work Visa. Since the British government cannot deny the fact that if it weren’t for the international students producing a minimum of £8 billion income from the international studen ts alone…, UK would not survive in the global recession.

British goverment created a loophole for the unwanted foreign students who has nothing to do with studies to cheat the new tire 4 system. IELTS should be impliment with the tire 4 system to solve this problem

Keith Best’s organisation will play an important role on the committee who are tasked by the government to advise on the PBS review proposals, so he has the right and a responsibility to comment on these proposals.

The government needs to (but will not) -
1) Audit all institutions with the power to issue visa letters, and revoke the licenses of those who are not properly applying visa regulations.

2) Enforce existing right to work legislation by exercising existing rights of audit, and punishing offending employers and individuals.

Instead the government will make it incredibly difficult for bona fide language students to enter the UK for study purposes.

On the bright side, Gordon Brown will have a shiny new anti-immigration flag to wave for his upcoming election campaign.

UNDER NEW PBS STUDENT VISA EVERY STUDENT HAVE TO HAVE STUDEY THEN HE WILL STUDY HE HAVE TO HAVE PAY, I FEEL THAT THIS RULE IS BETTER FOR UK AND OVERSEAS TOO!
