• Currently working with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd since May 2007 as Senior Customer Service Officer in operations department.

Job Responsibilities:
• My prime job is to underwrite the insurance policies and managing the customer service desk efficiently.
• Making and Authorising the Journal Entries of the Branch.
• Reconciling the monetary statements of Branch on Daily Basis.
• Authorising premium cheques, surrender values of policies and fund transactions related to the customer service.
• Providing consultation to the customers for their financial planning related with life and health policies and also how they can manage their funds in an efficient manner.
• Managing the entire operations and customer service department of Palwal Branch, which includes maintaining of BRS,authorising all the Journal Vouchers on daily basis, tracking reports of new business applications, maintaining MIS of cash receipts and authorising the same.
• Maintaining all the credit card transaction of new business and renewal premium payments,authorising all the journal vouchers of credit cards.
• Successfully meeting the targets of the branch with 100% six sigma level.

• Worked with Genpact from March 06 to April 07 as Process Associate.
Genpact is the largest BPO industry which also deals with financial services in India.

• I have worked with the mortgage team which is involved in processing of loans for Wachovia
Bank ( Wachovia Bank is USA’s 4th largest bank in term of assets).

• My prime job was to check and validate all mortgage applications and timely scrutiny and
Rectification of error after Disbursement.
• Being the Quality checker resource need to check all the errors of applications and rectifying the same on daily basis.
