You could travel to the UK to take up your studies and find an employer once you are here.

hello, i am from the philippines and is now i dubai working here in a hospitality industry. I have just resigned from my job and looking for another one. In case I get another employment here, a residency visa would then be issued to me. Is it possible that I can enroll as an NVQ student in the Uk somewhere in the southwest part of England where my sister and her family resides? If so, what necessary documents do I have to provide? I would appreciate it greatly if you can send me significant information regarding this. Thank you very much.
