The BBC reports that Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza has won his appeal against government attempts to strip him of his British passport, a special tribunal has ruled.

The preacher said it would render him “stateless” as he had already been stripped of his Egyptian citizenship.

The Special Immigration Appeals Commission allowed his appeal in a 12-page ruling. Source: BBC
